Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information, where available.
View Your Order
Sign in using the email address you used at checkout to view your order details. You can also use the order-status link in your confirmation email. Tracking details will be available after dispatch, where provided.
When will tracking become available?
Tracking information may not update immediately after your order has been dispatched.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the courier's tracking system to display the latest updates.
Ready-to-ship orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days.
Made-to-order items typically require 15–25 working days, with selected pieces taking approximately 4–8 weeks. Please check the individual product page for the applicable timeframe, or read our Ready to Ship & Made to Order guide.
My tracking hasn't updated
Occasionally, tracking updates can take a little longer while your parcel is moving through the courier's network.
If there has been no tracking update for several working days, please contact us with your order number and we'll be happy to help.
