The production process includes hand-forming the ceramic, creating the miniature three-dimensional details, hand painting, glazing and high-temperature firing. Because of the handmade process, production time can occasionally vary slightly.

Please Note

Each mug is individually handmade, painted and fired, so no two pieces will be completely identical.

Small differences in shape, brushwork, colour placement, glaze finish and the position of the miniature decorations are natural characteristics of handmade ceramics.

You may also notice tiny pinholes, subtle glaze variations, slight unevenness or small marks created during shaping and firing. These are part of the handmade character of the piece and are not considered defects.

The product you receive will retain the same overall design and character shown in the photographs, while having its own small individual variations.
